The Distribution Center in Laredo, Texas is a state of the art facility on 5 acres, with a total of 70,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. It is equipped to handle all warehousing, loading and storage of product, to be shipped later to its final destination. The large warehouse space allows us to offer storage programs to our customers, to operate on a "just in time" basis from Laredo, and to optimize imports arrival dates. A Free Trade Zone area is designated to handle in-transit shipments worldwide through Laredo (Inbond).
Inbound: For shipments into our Distribution Center, our facility offers 20 deck positions for truck unloading, as well as a rail spur and deck able to unload up to 4 railcars at the same time. In-transit truckload schipments can be handled in our totally secured truck yard capable of holding 84 loads. Outbound: For shipments out of our Distribution Center, the deck positions can expedite and route properly all shipments, for "on time" arrival to the final destination. The Distribution Center´s computer freight system is
capable of handling and tracking all shipment activities,
inbound or outbound, from the point of origin to their
final destination. Through terminals installed in our
costomers´offices and connected to the software system
(EDI), they can access and receive traffic reports with
status of shipments pending to arrive at the customers´
locations .
Custom Broker and We offer our customers the Best Integral Service (BIS), to include services as a custom broker and freight forwarder in Laredo, combined with our commercial capabilities and financial resources. Our Freight Forwarding Service range is worldwide. It is able to handle shipments from any country of origin into any port of entry in Mexico, United States or Canada, through our affiliated satellite offices.
Through financial instruments, we are able to offer export finance to our customers, improving payment terms on import taxes for their trade business. By working with banks and government instruments in the United States and Mexico, we are able to offer preferred export-import financial opportunities, and promote international trade under NAFTA.
